No content may be copied or used without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.\n\nAll cake orders must be placed 1\u20132 days in advance and are subject to product availability and order confirmation.\n\nDeliveries are available between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Exact delivery times are not guaranteed, as they depend on the delivery driver's route. Delivery is not available to the Western UAE regions.\n\nVisa card payments are accepted for all orders. Cash on delivery is available only for orders below AED 100. Orders of AED 100 or more must be paid by Visa card.\n\nDue to the perishable nature of cakes, confirmed orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except where a remedy is required by applicable UAE law.\n\nCustomers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, contact details, and order information. ElegantCup is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.\n\nElegantCup may use third-party providers to process payments and deliver orders.
