At ElegantCup, we are committed to providing high-quality cakes and ensuring customer satisfaction.

All cakes are freshly prepared with care, subject to product availability and order confirmation.

Orders must be placed 1–2 days in advance to allow sufficient preparation time.

Deliveries are available daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on the delivery driver's route.

Delivery is not available to the Western UAE regions.

Visa card payments are accepted for all orders. Cash on delivery is available only for orders below AED 100. Orders of AED 100 or more must be paid by Visa card.

Due to the perishable nature of cakes, confirmed orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by applicable UAE law.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please contact ElegantCup as soon as possible and provide clear photos to help us review your claim.

Approved claims will be resolved through an appropriate replacement or refund, where applicable, in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws.

Cake decorations, colors, and appearance may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.

ElegantCup reserves the right to review order-related complaints and resolve them in accordance with this policy and applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
