All orders must be placed 1–2 days in advance and are subject to product availability and order confirmation.

Due to the perishable nature of cakes, all confirmed orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by applicable UAE law.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please contact ElegantCup as soon as possible and provide clear photos for review.

For approved claims, ElegantCup may offer a suitable replacement or refund, where applicable, in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws.

Refunds approved by ElegantCup will be processed through the original payment method where possible, subject to the payment provider's processing times.

Cancellations and changes to confirmed orders are subject to ElegantCup's approval and applicable UAE law.

ElegantCup reserves the right to review refund requests and resolve them in accordance with this policy and applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
