By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates.

ElegantCup reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the website.

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and product information, is the property of ElegantCup or its respective rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied or used without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

All cake orders must be placed 1–2 days in advance and are subject to product availability and order confirmation.

Deliveries are available between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Exact delivery times are not guaranteed, as they depend on the delivery driver's route. Delivery is not available to the Western UAE regions.

Visa card payments are accepted for all orders. Cash on delivery is available only for orders below AED 100. Orders of AED 100 or more must be paid by Visa card.

Due to the perishable nature of cakes, confirmed orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except where a remedy is required by applicable UAE law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, contact details, and order information. ElegantCup is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

ElegantCup may use third-party providers to process payments and deliver orders. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

Cake designs, decorations, and colors may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits any rights or protections customers are entitled to under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
